Because we specialize in liquidation pallets, customer returns, and wholesale products sold at heavily discounted prices, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a pallet has been purchased.
Each pallet is sold as-is, and product details, including quantities, conditions, and models, are clearly described in the product listing. Photos provided are representative of what may be included in your pallet, but exact contents may vary.

We only accept returns or offer replacements in the rare case of the following:
Incorrect pallet shipped (e.g., different category than ordered)
Major discrepancy between described and delivered items (not related to normal variation)
To be eligible for a return under these exceptions:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide photo evidence and a detailed explanation.
The pallet must be unopened and remain in its original packaging.
Our team will investigate the issue and determine the best course of action, which may include a return, partial refund, or replacement pallet.
